Arrival and departure:
Check-in from 3 pm to 6 pm or other times by prior arrangement.

Pick-up service:
By prior arrangement we will be pleased to collect you from or deliver you to Bolzano railway station.
Bus stop / public transport:
The bus stop is directly next to the farm. The bus travels in all directions every half hour (hourly on Saturdays and Sundays). It takes 15 minutes to reach Klobenstein where you can connect to the bus to Pemmern or the train to Oberbozen. You can also reach Bolzano by bus in just a few minutes and connect there to buses and trains with which you can explore the whole of South Tyrol. All free with the RittenCard!
Payment:
You may pay in cash up to an amount of € 5,000, by bank transfer or by bank card, but we do not accept credit cards.
Local tourism tax / local authority tourism levy:
The local tourism tax is collected by the accommodation establishment per guest per night and amounts to € 2.50 per person per night. Children under 14 years of age are exempt, provided they are in possession of a valid form of identification.
Cancellation:
Please transfer a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay with your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be retained as redress. In the event of late arrival or early departure the full price will be charged.

There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code.
