Arrival and departure:
Check-in from 3 pm to 6 pm or other times by prior arrangement.

Pick-up service:
By prior arrangement we will be pleased to collect you from or deliver you to Bolzano railway station and Bolzano Airport.
Bus stop / public transport:
The bus stop is directly next to the farm. The bus travels in all directions every half hour (hourly on Saturdays and Sundays). It takes 15 minutes to reach Klobenstein where you can connect to the bus to Pemmern or the train to Oberbozen. You can also reach Bolzano by bus in just a few minutes and connect there to buses and trains with which you can explore the whole of South Tyrol. All free with the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass Ritten.
Payment:
You may pay in cash up to an amount of € 5.000 or by bank transfer. Card payments are not accepted.
Local tourism tax / local authority tourism levy:
The local tourism tax is collected by the accommodation establishment per guest per night and amounts to € 2.50 per person per night. Children under 14 years of age are exempt, provided they are in possession of a valid form of identification.
Cancellation:
For your booking, you transfer a deposit of 30% of the total price to secure the booking. The deposit will be retained as compensation in the event of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full price.
